ON AIR BATTLE: Muslim Spokesperson calls out Islamophobic Question ON AIR! May Allah preserve Brother Kaleem and Cageprisoners's work. Sky News Presenter Kay Burley, was just playing dirty, asking the same question three times, if only more Muslims could as principled in the face of trials. Imagine that you are a law-abiding, moderate Young Earth Creationist and, in 1993, during the Waco siege, you were constantly asked questions that implied that there might be a connection between you and David Koresh. Would you not get annoyed too? Perhaps this is a false analogy, but just because ISIS uses the same books to justify their doomsday cult, why should all the Muslims of the world need to publicly denounce them?
Do we really believe that there is a large contingent of ISIS sympathisers in Australia and the UK? I'm going to work with the assumption that it is a small minority unless provided with better evidence than fear mongering by our politicians to get votes and beat-ups by the mainstream media to get ratings.
