Some might look at this photo and see an extinct metal bird and polyester, but I see hope; hope that these fashions will return; hope that our mission to explore strange new worlds will be resurrected; and hope that Leonard Nimoy managed to transfer his katra to Zachary Quinto before the end so that in the third reboot movie, the Enterprise can travel to the Genesis planet and the fal tor pan procedure can be performed on a mindless young boy.
